Day 1: Arrive Srinagar

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport , you will be greeted by Rover Holidays representative and will be transferred by Cab to the mesmerizing Dal Lake. Check in at the Deluxe Houseboat. In the evening , enjoy a breathtaking Shikara Ride in Dal Lake and experience the marine life of Srinagar. Also see the alluring view of the Kashmir valley and enjoy the profusion of colors in the Paradise on Earth. While returning , don’t forget to visit the local crafts market and admire the fine carved hand-made articles from Paper Machine & wood of a walnut. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Deluxe Houseboat.

Day 2: Srinagar Sightseeing

After breakfast leave for boat ride to explore the Dal lake, waterways, black water, canals, floating gardens, vegetables gardens, water lilies, lotus flowers, easily mobile vendors, floating handicraft centre & inherited lifestyle inside the lake since decades. Later visit to famous Mughal Gardens Cheshma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar laid out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire city, along with famous Dal-lake & river Jehlum, After a break to the astonishing sites of Srinagar, treat yourselves by indulging in some shopping at the bustling Lal Chowk. You can purchase locally produced products, such as embroidered mats, leather goods and carpets, antique jewellery and the highly demanded Pashmina/Shahtoos shawls. Later back to the Houseboat Followed by a hearty dinner, enjoy a pleasurable overnight stay.

Day 3: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (55kms-2hrs-one side)

After the breakfast , you will be taken to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is 55 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. The place was quite noticeable during the British time. You can enjoy a Pony ride (Optional At your own cost). Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori (12,293 ft) first stage and Affarwat Peak (13,780 ft) Second Stage on a Cable Car Ride (Optional At your own cost). Later back to Srinagar. Overnight stay at the Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar - Pahalgam - Srinagar (96kms-3hrs-one way)

Leave after breakfast for full day excursion tour to Pahalgam also called as “Meadow of Flowers from Srinagar. In the south-east of Srinagar situated at an altitude of 2130 mts. above sea level. It is Kashmir’s most popular resort town surrounded by high mountains, dense forests, high mountain lakes, it also offers 9 hole golf course, skiing, pony trails, angling (rainbow & brown trout’s) horse ridding, trekking (both hard & soft). Upon arrival proceed for an excursion to the Aru Valley. The Aru Valley offers an assorted view and calm environs to tourists. Next, take a tour of the Betaab Valley, set amidst pine trees. It has been a favourite shooting location for many Bollywood Films. "Please note Aru/Chandan / Betaab Valley excursion cost is extra". Overnight stay at the Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar (100kms-3.5hrs-One way)

Leave after breakfast for full day excursion to Sonamarg 87 kms from Srinagar in the north-east of city at an altitude of 3000 mts above sea level. Boasting snow-clad peaks, Sonamarg is surrounded by some of the highest mountains in the world. Glistening in the sun, the peaks, serene meadows and flowerbeds seem bathed in golden hues, thus justifying the name, Sonamarg, which means the meadow of gold. Ponies can be hired (Optional At your own cost) for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer. By evening return back to Srinagar. Overnight stay at the Srinagar.

Day 6: Srinagar Departure

After having the delicious breakfast at Srinagar the queen of Valley, pack your baggages with a promise to return once again to this paradise.... Proceed on time to board your flight/train with sweet memories of a memorable trip to Kashmir. We await for your next visit ... Bon Voyage. Service ends.
