Day 1: Cochin - Mararikulam (40kms-1hrs)

Welcome to God’s Own Country. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at Cochin International Airport before proceeding to Mararikulam. After checking into your hotel, you may enjoy the serene beauty of Marari Beach, renowned for its pristine sands and tranquil atmosphere. This destination offers an authentic glimpse into Kerala’s traditional fishing culture, where local life remains preserved as it has been for generations. You will have the opportunity to experience the unique charm and hospitality of this coastal village firsthand. Your overnight stay is arranged in Marari.

Day 2: Mararikulam Sightseeing

Begin your day with breakfast in the serene surroundings of Mararikulam. Afterward, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shimmering sands of the beach. Renowned for its natural splendor, the area features picturesque backwaters, tranquil village landscapes, and pristine coastal waters that offer a rejuvenating experience for the spirit. Your overnight stay will be in Marari.

Day 3: Mararikulam - Varkala (110 kms. - 3½ hrs.)

After breakfast, proceed to Varkala and check into your resort. Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure, enjoying a relaxing walk along the shore. Varkala is a tranquil town located on the outskirts of the Thiruvananthapuram district, renowned for its secluded beach set against a dramatic backdrop of striking cliffs that contrast beautifully with the rhythmic breaking waves. Papanasam Beach remains a highlight of the area, offering visitors a spectacular view as the sun descends into the vast sea, bathing the landscape in vibrant shades of red and orange.

Day 4: Varkala Sightseeing

Following breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour featuring the historic, 2,000-year-old Janardhana Swamy Temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this temple serves as an exquisite example of traditional Kerala art and architecture. The excursion continues to Sivagiri Mutt, a prominent religious site established by the renowned philosopher and social reformer, Sree Narayana Guru. To conclude the day, explore the scenic beauty of Kappil Lake, where the tranquil backwaters and picturesque estuaries offer a captivating glimpse into Kerala's natural landscapes.

Day 5: Varkala to Kanyakumari (140km-3.5hrs)

Following breakfast, depart for Kanyakumari, situated at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent. This historic location is renowned as the site where the spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda meditated upon a coastal rock. Key attractions for the day include the Suchindram Temple, the Devi Kanyakumari Temple, the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, and the confluence at Triveni Sangam. Your overnight stay will be in Kanyakumari.

Day 6: Kanyakumari - Kovalam (100km-3hrs)

Rise early to witness the sunrise before enjoying breakfast. After checking out, proceed to Kovalam, an internationally renowned beach destination. Upon your arrival at noon, you will check into your resort. Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure on this picturesque, palm-fringed beach. The massive rocky promontory provides a sheltered bay, ensuring the waters are ideal for swimming and water sports. You will stay overnight in Kovalam.

Day 7: Kovalam - Trivandrum - Kovalam

Following breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum. Your itinerary includes a visit to the Padmanabhaswami Temple, renowned for its towering gopuras and exquisite temple art and paintings. The temple's primary pavilion is a notable architectural marvel, featuring 400 intricately carved granite columns. The tour also encompasses the Napier Museum, the Zoological Park, and Shangumugham Beach. In the evening, you will return to Kovalam, where overnight accommodations have been arranged.

Day 8: Kovalam - Trivandrum Departure (40km-1hrs)
