Rajasthan Honeymoon Tour

Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Rover Holidays representative will receive you from New Delhi International Airport upon your arrival in Delhi, the capital city of India. After traditional welcome you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Dinner will be organized at the hotel restaurant. Have comfortable overnight stay at the hotel room.

Day 2: Delhi sightseeing

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter proceed for sightseeing tour of Delhi. Explore the Red Fort Complex and attractions within the complex. Red Fort is a Mughal Monument built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan after shifting his capital from Agra to Delhi. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later visit the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque of India. The masjid is known for its beautiful Islamic architectural styles. Later enjoy an exciting rickshaw ride with your partner to explore the famous bustling bazaars of Chandni Chowk. Next visit the Rajghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of nation. Post lunch, proceed to visit the India Gate which is a war memorial monument. Also visit other attractions like Laxmi Narayan Temple, Lotus Temple, Akshardham Temple, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, and many others depending upon the time permitted. On time get back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra (203 kms)

Take your breakfast and then check out from the hotel in Delhi. Leave for Agra, a historical city in Uttar Pradesh state of India, by road. On reaching Agra, get transferred to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later proceed for Agra sightseeing including the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Both monuments, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, are UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Taj Mahal is very popular among honeymooners as it is a built as a love monument by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his most darling wife, Mumtaz Mahal, Lovingly called the Symbol of Love, the Taj is exceptionally beautiful in its architecture. It is also one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Later visit the Agra Fort and Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb. Then make an excursion to Sikandra to visit the magnificent Tomb of Akbar. On time get back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Agra - Samode (270 kms)

Have your breakfast and then check out from the hotel in Agra. Leave for Samode in Rajasthan by road. En route visit the erstwhile Mughal city and abandoned capital, Fatehpur Sikri which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to reach Samode and check in at the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Samode.

Day 5: Samode - Jaipur (42 kms)

Take breakfast at the hotel. Explore palatial havelis and palaces at Samode with your partner. Post lunch, get transferred to Jaipur by road. Check in at the pre-booked hotel in Jaipur on reaching there. Jaipur is the capital and largest city of Rajasthan state. It is lovingly known as the Pink City of India. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 6: Jaipur sightseeing

Take breakfast at the hotel. Make a visit to the Amber Fort located atop a hill in outskirts of the city. Enjoy elephant ride with your partner to ascend the fort complex. You may also visit the two other forts nearby --- Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. Return to hotel en route visiting Jal Mahal situated in the middle of a lake. Later proceed for Jaipur sightseeing tour covering City Palace, Govind Devji Temple, Hawa Mahal, and Jantar Mantar. Explore local bazaars in the evening. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 7: Jaipur - Udaipur

After breakfast check out from the hotel in Jaipur. Later drive to Udaipur, a beautiful city in Rajasthan, nicknamed as the City of Lakes, and the Kashmir of Rajasthan. Check in at the hotel on reaching Udaipur. Freshen up and relax. Enjoy delightful boat ride over the picturesque Lake Pichola with your beloved partner. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 8: Udaipur

Have hearty breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy very exciting sightseeing tour to explore Udaipur’s key attractions like City Palace, Lake Palace, Jagdish Temple, Monsoon Palace, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, and many others. Spend evening at leisure with your partner. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 9: Udaipur - Delhi

Take breakfast and check out from the hotel in Udaipur. Get transferred to Udaipur Airport to catch flight for Delhi. Our representative will receive you from Delhi Airport and transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Spend rest of the day at leisure or enjoying your own individual activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
