Welcome to God’s Own Country. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at Cochin International Airport before proceeding to Munnar, the gateway to the picturesque hills of South India. Nestled within the Western Ghats, this charming town is renowned for its mist-clad mountains, sprawling tea plantations, and tranquil sanctuaries, making it one of India’s most sought-after travel destinations. En route, you will have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls before arriving at your hotel for check-in. Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure, unwinding in the comfort of your room or exploring the serene natural surroundings. Your overnight stay will be in Munnar.
After enjoying breakfast, proceed to Eravikulam National Park to witness the famed Nilgiri Tahr. Afterward, visit the Mattupetty and Kundala Dams, where you can enjoy boating on the reservoir, framed by scenic tea gardens and expansive grasslands. We will then stop at Echo Point, renowned for its unique acoustic phenomenon, followed by visits to the Shooting Point and the Tea Museum. Your overnight stay will be in Munnar, providing a relaxing conclusion to your day in Kerala.
After enjoying breakfast, you will depart for Thekkady, a destination renowned among nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts for its diverse attractions, including its wildlife sanctuary, scenic hill stations, and lush spice plantations. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel to freshen up and relax. Later, you will visit Periyar National Park, the crown jewel of Thekkady, where you can enjoy a wildlife cruise on Periyar Lake to observe local fauna. You may also participate in various thrilling activities, such as spice plantation tours, bamboo rafting, jungle trekking, and elephant rides. Before concluding your day, we recommend visiting the local spice market to purchase authentic handicrafts and garden-fresh spices. You will spend the night in Thekkady.
Departing early, before 7:00 AM, you will proceed to Gavi, a premier eco-tourism destination in Kerala. Gavi gained international recognition after being featured by Alistair International as one of India's must-visit eco-tourism centers. Upon arrival at 8:00 AM and completing registration, you will enjoy breakfast followed by a guided plantation tour, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural splendor of the region. After a vegetarian lunch, you will enjoy a tranquil rowboat excursion, followed by an aromatic visit to a cardamom plantation and the healing house. Next, you will visit the Sabarimala viewpoint to take in panoramic vistas of the mountains and the sacred pilgrimage site. The tour concludes with a visit to the local museum, where an animal skeletal collection is preserved. After a refreshing tea break, you will depart at 4:30 PM and return to your hotel in Thekkady for an overnight stay. After enjoying a serene morning surrounded by nature, savor your breakfast before departing for Alleppey. Upon arrival, you will check into your private houseboat—an indigenously designed vessel featuring fully furnished, spacious, en-suite bedrooms, a hygienic kitchen, a dining area, and a private front deck from which to admire the scenic backwaters. You will cruise through coconut-fringed narrow canals, offering an intimate glimpse into the unique life along the backwaters. The beauty of the landscape and the tranquility of the experience are sure to leave a lasting impression. Your overnight stay will be aboard the houseboat.
Following a delicious breakfast, you will check out of your accommodation in Alleppey at 9:00 AM and depart for Cherai Beach. En route, you will enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Kochi, visiting notable landmarks such as St. Francis Church, the iconic Chinese fishing nets, Santa Cruz Basilica, the Jewish Synagogue, Jew Town, and the Mattancherry Palace (also known as the Dutch Palace). Please note that the Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Following the tour, you will proceed to Cherai Beach, where you may enjoy a relaxing afternoon at your leisure. Your overnight stay will be in Cherai.
